In the past three months fifteen female C.I.A. agents have been found shot or stabbed to death. Hidden video surveillance cameras captured Maizah Samar, an Arab who works for the Russians, in the act of fleeing the scenes at the same time as several agents had been killed.

C.I.A. Agent 0015 meets with agent 69 to brief him on the murders. While thumbing through pictures of the dead women provided to him by 0015,  Agent 69 discovers his fuck buddy, agent 96, is one of the victims found shot to death. Looking at her bullet riddled body he recalls the wild sex and good times they had together.
Agent 0015 anticipated the death of agent 96 would inspire 69 to take the job. Shocked and grief stricken upon seeing the photos, Agent  69 is anxious to stop Maizah Samar. He accepts his First Contract, and so the story begins.

Review by JAFA:

The video quality has been tested full screen on a 19" monitor and it looks very good.  The audio is CD quality with great sound tracks by Kevin MacLoed and  the Italian rock band Orange Betty. Although I am an old timer and don't appreciate todays "fringe" rock music, I must say that everything fits together to form a nice audio visual package that rivals anything this community has offered to date.

Using Bluestone's "Targeted" video as a benchmark, I give "CIA Assassin: FIrst Contract" a 9 out of 10.  However,  I'm sure the younger  "20 to 40 year old crowd"  will rate it closer to a 10, if they appreciate the music more than me.

The video flows well from scene to scene and the story is easy to follow, without a lot of boring dialogue. The viewer is treated to the assassin's POV (telescope cross hairs on target) as he patiently scans his victim,  waiting for the right moment to pull the trigger of his silenced rifle. There are actually 4 separate shooting scenes as a result of the assassin  walking up to his victim and finishing her with 5 slugs from his silenced Colt 45 auto.

As with "Targeted", this video has all the elements needed to make it a classic.....and a whole lot more!  All things considered, I highly recommend getting this video.

Take the word of an old timer in this community.....at $19.95......it's a bargan!

CIA Assassin: First Contract available at Horror Variety Theater on nicheclips.com is worth waiting for. I know I asked several times when it would be released after I saw the promo announcements.  Then the link to the trailer sample was  posted on Dead Skirts which really fired me up with anticipation.

This video is a shooter’s dream. There are 4 actual shooting scenes plus 9 crime scene photos that tell the story of an evil hit woman eliminating agents of a CIA department. An office bound agent (Agent 69) who has a relationship with the latest victim is given the mission to hunt down and terminate the killer. The final confrontation and shootout takes place on an island with exceptional scenery where the killer woman sunbathes with a false sense of security.

In the presentation, the video opens with a graphic assassination of one agent. Then Agent 69 receives his orders. We see him preparing for his mission. A brief nap develops the storyline as the sniper agent dreams of his lost love, catching the killer in her shower, victim crime scenes and the nightmare of the killer coming after him.

The island scenery, location and story are a must see as Agent 69 takes his time. He patiently waits for the right moment. This allows the killer to sunbathe and to remove her bikini. A key sequence is her point of view. The sniper is in deep shadow and barely visible.

Telescopic views enhance the suspense as Agent 69 patiently waits and waits. Then he strikes. Two shots with graphic f/x effects put her down gasping. Then Agent 69 moves in close with his silenced pistol. He finishes her off with 5 more body shots.

The silenced rifle and pistols are real plusses. The dream sequences in black and white are very effective. The acting is brief, simple and effective. The graphic bullet effects are the best I have seen since my earlier review.

The lighting and editing are particularly impressive. The scenery and locations are breathtaking. The background music fits so well into the story line that my enjoyment was greatly enhanced.

On a scale of 1 – 10, I rate it 9.5. I highly recommend this video to everyone interested in shooting videos and special effects.
